Polyvials V

Thsee Zinsser Analytic vials (also called bottles) are of consistently high quality and provide extremely good seals with their self-sealing screw caps. These vials are used in great numbers as storage or packing containers for diagnostic kits and as sample vials in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The design of the bottle threads and the cap was created to solve the issue of "leaking liquids", a common problem with many vials especially when they are shipped under stressful conditions such as within air cargo holds where large temperature fluctuations cause expansion and shrinking that results in leaking. The Zinsser vials will always provide a tight and leak-proof seal even under these conditions.

Polyvials® V are made of virgin HDPE using modern and precise production technologies with strict quality controls and are available in volumes from 4 ml to 250 ml.

Polyvials® V are sold separately from caps to allow you to mix and match cap colors for easy color-coding of kit vials. The 15 mm caps are used for the 4 ml and 6 ml vials and the 22 mm caps are used for the 10 ml through 250 ml vials.

Polyvials® V - Natural HDPE (high density polyethylene)

Storage and packing vials made from pure, high molecular weight HDPE. They have a low profile for better packing and stability.

Polyvials® V - Black HDPE (high density polyethylene)

These have the same properties as the Natural Polyvials except these are made from black polyethylene which makes them useful for light sensitive samples.

Self Sealing Caps for Polyvials - PP (polypropylene)

These caps are specially-made for Zinsser Polyvials V. They are designed with a sealing cone that provides an excellent gas-tight seal without a liner.
